Bronze Sculptures - Wildlife Bronze Sculpture
Unmatched Excellence for Detail and Realism, Specializing in North American Wildlife Known for his artistic talents since his youth, Ron Leep,a native of Oregon, pursued an education in art while attending Oregon State University and the San Francisco Academy of Arts.
Instead of making use of his innate artistic abilities, Ron chose to spend the next 18 years in self-employment as a reclamation contractor, healing the scars of progress. Whether it be the reclaiming of a power line crossing the Rocky Mountains, a canal in Colorado, a dam in Nebraska, a logging road in Oregon, or the devastation of the Mount St. Helen's eruption, Ron has truly been doing his part to help mother nature.
Turning to bronze wildlife sculpture, Ron is rapidly becoming known as an artist with a mission. Only in sculpture, does he find the fluidity that continues as the viewer looks at the bronze from all angles. Each piece reflects the detail and motion that bring Ron Leep’s works to life.
An avid outdoors man, Ron emphasizes the importance of studying the source of his works in process - the anatomy, the habits, & the habitat.
Throughout the year, Ron sells his works at various juried art shows in several states. The artists bronzes have been displayed at International Airports, e.g., Palm Springs Airport, CA and Hilton Head Airport, South Carolina. Some of Ron’s works were selected by ABC Productions to be featured in a television series. The sculptor’s bronzes are in private and corporate collections throughout the United States.
